Our network has been designed to offer seamless minor damage repair solutions to the insurance and vehicle fleet sector.
Our aim is to 'convert' a traditional bodyshop repair that could take numerous days to repair, into a 1 day repair.
By doing this we are able to reduce our customers costs and keep their vehicles on the road.....not off them!
By vetting and bringing together a number of the leading mobile and rapid repair companies to form our network we are able to offer a UK coverage for damages from a minor bumper scuff through to multiple panel damages.
We understand minor repairs can be time consuming, expensive and frustrating to manage. The Rapid Repair Network is designed specifically to take away any concerns.

Key Benefits
Tracking repairs
Once approval has been received we will arrange a convenient date for repair. The entire repair process from initial contact, booking and completion can be tracked using our on-line portal.
Accreditations
Our entire repair network is accredited. All our repair partners will have either the IMI (Institute of the motor industry) or BSI Kitemark. This ensures that our repair quality will be market leading.
Management Reporting
For multiple repair deployment we are able to provide in-depth reports. Our CRM has been designed to ensure any number of reports can be generated as required.
Guarantees
All our repairs will carry a guarantee. For panel repairs we supply a lifetime (ownership) guarantee and for alloy wheel repairs a 1 year guarantee is provided.
Pricing
As we only use mobile and rapid repair centres we are able to provide highly competitive repair solutions compared to traditional bodyshops. Repairs can be costed using a pre-set pricing matrix.
What we repair
Minor damage
Example - Bumper scuffs, damaged trims
Using our mobile service we are able to effectively repair all types of minor damages. Bumper scuffs are the most common minor damage and can be completed in a few hours.
Bolt on parts
Example - Wing mirrors and trims
We provide a sameday 'mobile' parts replacements service for wingmirrors, lights, wings and other associated bolt on parts.
Panel repairs
Example - Scratched or dented doors/wings
Using the latest technology we are able to perform repairs to damaged paintwork and dents. Dependent on severity this can be done using our mobile service to minimise any disruption.
Multiple panel
Example - Multiple panel damage area
Using our rapid repair centres and mobile bodyshops we are able to perform repairs to larger types of damage. We have access to dent-pulling equipment and can also replace damaged parts.
